Grant G. Luttmer
I began in the construction industry at a young age, working with my father who was a General Contractor. I started as a laborer and progressed to leading building crews, operating excavation equipment to managing projects. Along the way, I earned Bachelors degrees in both Finance and Economics and eventually started my own company.
Over the past 30 years, I have built homes as large as 12,000 square feet to additions and small kitchen/bathroom remodels; with homes styles ranging from modern to mountain lodge. Unlike most contractors, who use supervisors to oversee their projects, I like to work on projects myself, completing the framing and installing the interior finish and exterior wood/fiber cement board siding, as well as any excavation requirements.
I am also able to recommend a group of sub contractors who each specialize in their field and with whom I have had business dealings for many years. Being on-site, on projects daily, allows me to collaborate with all trades more effectively and improve installation coordination; thereby cutting costs and reducing building duration.
So if you are looking for a more "hand-on" builder with a more personal response, please give me a call, text or email.
